Best bank I have ever banked at!! Very friendly staff they know me by name when I walk in makes my day!! Usually in and out with great service!!
Terrible customer service. I walked in to open a checking account with zero customers in the bank or in the drive thru. There were 3 bankers chatting in the office about their weekend and the teller told me they were too busy to open an account and I needed to schedule an appointment. I guess your weekend was more important than my business.
The bank itself well is just like any other bank it has its ups and downs. As for the 5 star rating it is for the employees at the Dell Range location in Cheyenne Wyoming. I go out of my way to go only to this location for this group. I have seriously driven past other locations just to do business at this one location. Whether its the branch manager Kendra or any of the other four that work here (Christina, Joanna, Megan, and April) one can find kindness and a friendly face here. This group quickly knows who their customers are and and greets them by name in a quick and professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about the group of individuals Kendra has been able to get at this branch. Once again Christina, Joanna, Megan and April are always ready and willing to go out of their way to make sure all business is done friendly and efficiently.
The staff here is amazing and so fun, I was shocked to look at the other reviews. They really do care about the people that bank there! I don’t always agree with the stuff that the bank does, but I keep my accounts here because of the girls that work there.
This bank deserves zero stars. The representatives don’t want to work with you face-to-face, if they are even there (as the bank chooses to close on random non-holiday days and stay closed for several days on end). The bank’s ATM, which you must use to avoid service fees, constantly eats cards (I’m on my 5th this year already) and only can only be retrieved when certain employees are working…. DO NOT BANK HERE! Also, there is no help from the call lines or phone numbers listed….
