Had a scammer that tried to get money from my account. Cassandra was overly helpful. Got my account transferred, checking, savings and IRA. Now I can sleep a little better. Thank you Cassandra.
Horrible! From false fees, to hours on hold to be hung up on for days in a row, to rude agents, to falsely trying to pull money on the wrong date. Do not use them. They are incompetent at best.
I loved this bank until they joined with Nuvision now it’s not a bank I would recommend. The people are still very friendly as they are the same as I was dealing with before but the banking process is completely different and a complete scam.
My wife unfortunately had to cash out her 401k to get ourselves back on track. If we didn’t need it we wouldn’t have cashed it out. This wonderful Establishment put a 9 day hold on it and tell my wife it’s because we don’t have strong bank activity with them. What a way to help your customers. It’s more a punishment unbelievable. Now we could possibly in Jeopardy of losing stuff. I know it’s not your problem Nuvision thanks for nothing
Since the new bank has taken over this place is an absolute joke!! It’s not the local staff it’s the staff that you have to deal with in California. After 20 plus years of banking with unified people’s federal credit union we will be taking our banking else where.
