4am. Essential employee. My friends who bank anywhere but here have their paycheck already and I’m sitting here……….going hungry……….waiting for Pinnacl to release my check. AGAIN…….4AM. AS IN 4 HOURS INTO PAYDAY. CAN YOU CARE???? EVER???
Great local bank!
Nothing special just an average bank, poor notifications and alert service. The bank dos not provide the standard security, member service or features one would expect with a standard checking account. Read the fine print and really understand the bank before you use it. Ask for documentation regularly. (Edited review added one star and a notice of public opinion).
Rude and disrespectful customer service. Too many hidden fees that they don’t tell you about, and extremely greedy company. I had 200 in my account…spent 70 of it, then got a call saying my account was 260 over drawn…after that one withdrawl
