    I had driven to Cheyenne from Loveland Colorado on a Saturday to do some trailer shopping. I found one that I really liked but unfortunately I did not bring my check book and they didn’t take credit card. I stopped by the U.S. Bank to withdraw some money, I’ve banked with these guys for 15 years and have always received great customer service from my local branch (and they are open with full service til 4 on Saturdays). I showed up to the U.S. Bank in Cheyenne to find that only the drive through is open. And at the drive through you can only withdraw $1000 and they can’t provide counter checks or really any other service that wouldn’t be provided by an ATM. Why even make your employees work on a Saturday if they can’t provide anymore service than an ATM?? The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1 is because the guy working the window was very professional and maintained a great attitude, even though I wasn’t very friendly with him. My advice: Either provide some service on the weekends or let your people have weekends off, they deserve it!

    It seems like they open and close at different times after covid. I try and get there after work, closed. I try to get there before work. Closed. Saturday nope. Its not a good time and very frustrating.I Have my boyfriend go for me. Oh sorry we won’t allow you to put more then $500 in at once.

    Seems to be common that customer service is not of high importance at this location. Slow to no response on getting any help or action from these clerks/mng. Literally told we will get to it when we can despite major urgency. Does not seem to be a good place to actually receive customer service. At this point we have reached out to the regional manager to see if maybe that can help with getting action. Sad to see this location must have low satisfaction as a standard from top to bottom. No surprise the US Bank branch locations are getting fewer and fewer when this is how customers are treated.

    We LOVE this bank!! We are business owners and they always have our back! Jo is literally the best banker we have ever met. She will go above and beyond for you. Thank you for all you ladies (haven’t seen a guy there in a long time)do!

    Went in to get something done and the girl says they are busy and since it takes 15 minutes to do what we wanted it requires an appointment. So then she proceeded to take 10 minutes to setup an appointment! Meanwhile there is no one waiting, only a couple people for the teller. What a joke! Not busy at all and you spend 10 minutes to make an appointment for something that takes 15 minutes. Can’t wait for the downtown branch to reopen or maybe time to move banks.
