Best pawn shop in all of Johnson County. Hands down always nice, they always have a smile. They always say hello to you. Have tons of cool stuff with Great prices and Angie the manager definitely knows how to take care of her customers great people!!! Highly recommend.
This is hands down the best pawnshop in Cleburne, TX. I went to the other pawnshop on the “East side” & they offered me less than half of what this pawnshop ended up paying me. If you have stuff in your house that you don’t use anymore & want to turn it into some pretty good money. Definitely go to this pawnshop.
At first, I thought that the people that work there were great but came to find out that when I had an item on layaway, they did not even inform me that I was about to loss the item I had there.plus the so call manager was just laughing at my face telling me I was just 2weeks late, I Highly do not recommend this place both for the service and Highly felt I was being discriminated.
They are their own store. They not sell out to Cash America pawn. You’ll get better deals with these guys.
I had a friend who paid, on her credit card, for my laptop that was in here on pawn. This was on a Friday. They told us that the payment only partially went through, so they canceled the whole thing. The next day we went back, and my friend tried to show the manager on her phone that the payment went through (the entire amount), but the manager was rude when she told us that according to THEIR computer, the payment WAS canceled, and to give it until Monday to fall off her account, and then we could go back in, and pay for my laptop, with even MORE interest piled onto it. So, on Monday my friend checked her account, and sure as anything, the payment was no longer in pending status with her bank, but had fully posted, and the money was not in her account. She AND I called them on Monday, and the manager again was very rude, and told both of us that she would have to get with her business office, and find out from the accounting department if the money had truly been paid. I asked her if she would know by the time they closed, and she LAUGHED at me, saying that no it was already 6:00, and they were probably no longer in the office, that I would have to give her a few days to find out. The next day, being Tuesday, I called them and was told that there was nothing that the person in charge of the place could do, but to have my friend take a screenshot of the money coming out of, but not back into her account, and bring it back up there for the assistant manager to see the next day, because there was something that HE could do. And if they’ve been holding onto my laptop from the Friday that my friend paid for it, until tomorrow, being Wednesday, they’ve been wrongfully holding onto my laptop that was now paid for, for FIVE DAYS. I would venture to bet, that they have my laptop in their office there in the back of the store, and are playing with it, and just don’t want to give it back, no matter HOW much proof we come back up there with! If they happen to like something that someone pawns, I’ll bet that they hold it hostage, not wanting to give it back to the owner, hoping that the owner will just go away and forget about THEIR belongings. I’m here to tell t them that I PROMISE them that I am NOT going away, so they need to stop playing with my laptop and RETURN IT!!! Worst place I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with!!!
