I love my Us Bank in Cody Wyoming. I live 28 miles away and just do the drive because they have been that good to me. The staff at this bank could not be better people. They have literally bent over backwards for me! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I wanted to open an account after getting a mailing regarding opening a $25,000 account to receive a perk. Unfortunately, I was unable to do this, trying TWICE during business hours.
Both times I was told there was nobody available to help me (even though several staff people were standing/walking around). One time I was alarmed that the only cashier was a strange person who yelled loudly at customers and my impression was that he/she showed a most unprofessional attitude.
So I opened an account, with difficulty, on the web page, but there was no way to deposit the $25K! So I have had it with US Bank. I’m taking my $25K elsewhere. I’m just sad that I wasted so much time driving to the bank, waiting, being discouraged, and then many hours online.
A pointless waste.
Joshua and all of the staff at this US Bank location are helpful, kind and efficient. I have been banking with US bank for ten years and have always had a great experience resolving any hiccups over the years. They prioritize their customers. They have done an outstanding job at balancing a new approach with helping customers through the drive thru due to their lobby being closed because of covid. The services they provide have not fallen victim to the pandemic as many other business’ have.
The customer service at this branch is beyond extraordinary. The kindness and concern they show my Dad is amazing. They all know him by name. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you all so much.
US Bank, Cody Branch, best banking experience I have ever had. I’m old, and I have been with many banks and credit unions during my lifetime. Never really cared much for any of them, just banking, that’s it.
However, the staff at the Cody branch are top notch, The Best. Joshua and Jan are awesome. Great service with a smile is always what I receive. I actually look forward to the mundane tasks associated with personal banking. And it’s because the staff at the Cody branch are a true pleasure to work with.
Jan and Joshua are true pros and they are very kind to me and my wife when we stop by the drive through.
