Although I feel that the fee to cash a personal check is rather steep, ACE seems to be one of the only places that will even attempt to cash a personal check. Sheryl was MORE than accommodating even though I walked in minutes before they were scheduled to close. She even set me up with a free debit card and gave me some great “insider” information, as well as a coupon for a few dollars off my next check cashing fee, should I have the need to return. She went above and beyond and her impeccable customer service skills shined through. So although it was not the ideal place for me to do business, they came through when I had no other options (out of town and after normal banking hours) and for that I am grateful. Thanks again for your help Sheryl!

Sheryl was most helpful when no banks wanted to do their jobs she helped me out by cashing my handwritten check she was very cool on the phone call with me and when i came in she greeted me with a great smile and an awesome attitude somebody needs to give her a raise please 🙂
