Great service. The ladies were very sweet and kind with my needs.
Iam retired on a fixed income . I barrowed 1500. From lonestar titles. My bank account was hacked and I didn’t receive any pay SSI for 4 month they repoed my Jeep grand Cherokee. The Jeep was sold for thousands more than the loan I took out. It has been almost 6 months since they took my vehicle from my property. I have still not received the surplus which belongs to me of 9000.dollars when I call and Ask about my refund they tell me there is no up date on my refund. It’s been almost 6 months now. I never meant for them to repo my vehicle. Everything has been paid off the loan and fees. But they still refuse to refund my surplus. Please beware of who you get a loan from. And they claim they don’t handle anything you ask about. This has been a troubling experience.
