Absolutely do not bank here!! It’s known as first inconvenience bank for a reason!!! They make there money from fees they honestly don’t deserve even 1 ⭐

I have done my banking here for almost 17 years. I have no complaints at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have always done right by me.
I was lied to by both managers and the lady Jessica who got me my account set up! I was with them before and in good standing just owed 32$ and Jessica said it would be wrote off so I didn’t have to pay nothing and then not being told by Jessica that my account has to be in a standing of 1000$ but not all at once . Then after being there for years before and good standing I asked for a loan and being told no because I’m a new customer again instead of looking at my history I had with them I was told no I had to be with them for 4 mo before I could get a loan . I was also told I had to pay the 32$back by a man named Anthony. This bank lies and steals ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RECOMMEND THEM . I WOULDN’T HAVE EVEN RATED A STAR !
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The employees at this branch are completely incompetent to the point where I’m closing all accounts I’ve held with First Convenience for over 7 years. Don’t let these people handle your money, find yourself a legitimate bank.
