Initially, I was skeptical due to the negative reviews I had come across online, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service I received.

    One of the key factors that contributed to my positive experience was the availability of online transactions. Bank of America has a robust digital platform that allows customers to carry out a wide range of transactions conveniently from the comfort of their own homes. I found this to be incredibly useful, as it saved me a lot of time and hassle. I was able to complete most of my banking tasks online without the need to visit the physical branch.

    I suppose they located this bank to serve the surrounding population and not have to drive 30 minutes to Denton now, the terrible thing is that to cash a check you have to wait more than 45 minutes to do it!!!!! There is only one cashier!!!

    Just left here from a scheduled appointment attempting to get a document notarized after getting off work early to do so. The document required two witnesses and so the bank associate told me to go to the library because everyone was with clients. Now, how long does it take to step away and sign a document?!!!! Then also told me that the next time I can always bring my own witnesses! Are you serious?! Why would I do that when you all have an office full of workers? Makes entirely no sense!
