Great customer service. I really wish I remembered the young lady’s name that helped me open our account. Regardless , very helpful and informative.
Honestly I’ve been a customer of this bank since 2013. I was polite the last time i came to this location. The little Asian guy (no racism intended) calls the skinny Latino lady to the backroom giggling while theres a line waiting. There was also an instance where there was a long line and you see him at his desk and seems frustrated that he had to get up. As for TODAY i say this … Show respect to all your customers not some. The quality of customer service has died here.
I dread having to come here. I try to avoid having to go to this location as much as I can. It’s only 5 min. from my house but, sometimes I rather drive an extra 10 min. to a different location just to avoid the staff here. The service has just gotten worse and worse. They’re constantly changing employees with each new employee having the worst customer service than the previous employee. The last two times I was there I had the unfortunate luck of having deal with Breana. She is VERY unprofessional and very rude. They must of been desperate to hire someone new … Will be switching banks ASAP.
Poor customer service. Don’t arrive when they open because they’ll be chit chatting amongst each other. They don’t put customer first. Especially when this bank opens at 10am -too late-, people who have to go to work shouldn’t have to be waiting past opening time to be attended.
Very poor customer care. If not for our money they wouldn’t be in business. I have alot of money in this bank and it doesn’t matter at the Cossroads in Texas branch. The branch manager is rude and is making me think about taking my business elsewhere. Branch manager Sanchez didn’t even try to meet my financial needs. Do not bank here. Sad place.
