Don’t use this bank. The fees are outrageous and the Notary needs to take a class in construction notaries. She is clueless and helpless. 0 stars I can’t wait to quit the bank !
If you thought BBVA was bad wait until your experience PNC bank! Online banking not working- Debit cards not working and customer service is the worst – Closing all my accounts – Going to a credit union where they actually care about clients. By the way there was some manager in a private office and not once did she come out to acknowledge the 5 customers waiting to be helped by a personal banker or even tried to help- VERY SAD customer service here
Margaret told me a total cost to have my funds available immediately and said it would be when I cashed my check. I made abundantly clear that I needed my paycheck available to me immediately. Turns out she lied and just normal deposited my check. I drive an hour to work one way and my last check caught me up on bills so I stretched out 60 bucks to last a whole two weeks. I needed this money today. I’ll be sure to change banks. I have never had an issue with bbva before they switched to pnc and never an issue with any teller until I started coming to this branch. You’ll be better off anywhere else.
Since the moment I started my account with PNC 2 years ago- I have continued to be a satisfied customer! I am always treated very well and any question or issue I come up with is always resolved.
Today At the Crowley location, Miguel was very wonderful helping me and I am very thankful for him- and PNC in general.
The lackluster speed of service at this branch is ridiculous there are literally offices with workers not serving clients…I waited over an hour to finally be told that the card machine is not working…I was totally robbed of choice, because if I would have known this information an hour previous to my never ending wait I could have just left and tried to return at a later time. And if you cannot pay me for my wasted hour then don’t reach out!
