Drive thru is supposed to be for a quick transactions, I have seen people doing the application process through drive thru.!!!
Lesley Saenz went above and beyond today in the customer service department. Spent over an hour with me trying to figure out a problem Citibank had caused. After numerous calls, and being put on hold more times than I care to think about, she had the problem solved. Didn’t have to, she could’ve passed it off to someone else and sent me on my way. But bc she was so amazing, it was taken care of today! Praise the LORD! Thank u Lesley. You were the real Rockstar today🙏❤️
Raul and Guaranty Bank were easy to work with. His knowledge and professionalism provided me with confidence that I was buying the right financial product. He tended to all the details promptly and properly. And he stayed on top of the process till the end. Super nice guy!
This cashier (might be Cesar, young Hispanic kid) have 0 customer service skills. Didn’t ask me to come to the counter, didn’t say hello, with straight face says do this, do that, didn’t say we are finished, very condescending tone. He was more interested in talking with coworkers, that’s the only time I saw him smiling, towards his coworkers. When talking to me, went back to straight face and ignorant tone. Never been treated this dry in any bank, and I have been banking with this bank for over 10 years atleast.
