DO NOT USE THIS BANK! YOU WILL REGRET IT! The company as a whole is a nightmare. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I used Viewpoint years and years ago. Then it became Legacy and they were not the best. Now Prosperity is the worst.
Good customer service and great satisfaction
In my past 30 years of experience banking, this is by far the worst… nobody answers calls, and the bankers can not be reached vis phone or emails. Recently, they replaced bankers with a few new guys who seemed nice and friendly in person but ghost once you leave the bank. So, if you are not careful, you will most definitely deal with their mess and errors. Don’t be fooled by their nice behavior, and make sure you complete your tasks before leaving the bank. Not worth the time and seeking help from the so-called “banker”…
