All banks are very similar, what stands out is the people when we deal with. Texas Security Bank employees are the best. I have always been pleased with the customer service they provide and how they appreciate their customers.

Best bank in Dallas! I never thought I would love a bank…but here I am!
I have NEVER been able to get a hold of an actual human at this bank. If you finally make it through their wall of automated button prompts to get it to actually TRY to connect you to a human, they will not answer and you will not be put on hold. Why!? Just put me on hold. I will wait to all a human being a question.
This is single-handedly responsible for my leaving Chase. I am done. I look forward to having with literally anyone else.
Pleasant location. There was a line but the wait wasn’t long at all. Not a current member but was services in a polite manner. Location is quaint with various tellers available for service. Thank you.
Super slow service at the drive thru, like they only have one teller for all the lanes and their ATM deposit feature is always out of service…
