I want to say this is a awesome pawn shop. Best place to go. Jorge Ochoa is the best person there. Ask for him for service he will treat you right. I give him a 10 star rating. Ochoa not just extremely polite but very knowledgeable about all the endless and endless amount of merch that they have. Not sure about all the negative reviews, they always treat me with respect and offer fair estimates on my pawns. I did witness people throwing tantrums when staff informed them about the item being old and non functional. I will be coming back because I was never let down by them. Thank you Omar and George

Okay I’m not one for leaving negative reviews but I feel I have to here. I was here a few days ago trying to get money as anyone else would at a pawn shop right? Now I’m not sure who runs this place now but it’s not the same as it was when I went last. There was some rude heavyset Hispanic dude. I think other employees said his name was Coolo Gordo or something I don’t know. But this guy turned me down for merchandise I had already brought in a few times before. I hope he isn’t the manager. But if he is, God help anyone who needs help and is trying to pawn anything. He seemed fine talking with another Spanish person oh yeah. But when it came to me…. He was rude. And I thought it was just me but he was the same rude guy with a white dude also. I hope someone up there checks this dude because he clearly doesn’t like what he does. And if you aren’t good with people, perhaps you shouldn’t be in a customer service field. Wash your neck Gordo and learn to respect other people. Even the ones who aren’t the same skin tone as you! Good day
