Happy State Bank has been my bank for over 25years when my daughters school started them off with savings accounts. The name says it all, they are always HAPPY to help and Sherri Dakin is a TREASURE and always knows how to help or she finds the answer with a solution in a very timely manner.

I’m doing this review due the bad customer service that this particular cashier give us, specially to my husband. I don’t know her name but she is usually there all the time. Curly hair. For the moment I don’t know her name. She is very unprofessional, she is in a bad mood ALL THE TIME. Sometimes people has the wrong job. My best advice is if you are reading this and don’t like your job well is time to switch. You just make people’s day miserable. We are tired too from a long day of work. But if you are unhappy for what you do, your profession then change or change your attitude. I hope the location in HEB do something about it. She needs to receive training and advice from her superiors. For the attention thank you.
