i’m not sure where they hire there employees if he doesn’t know what a proceed means then he should not be working at a place that sells firearms i was with my freind when ran got a proceed but they still didn’t release her firearm so she waited a week went back up there and they want to charge her for a another background check even tho she got a proceed the day she did her bc it was there fault they made the mistake of not training there employees on what the word proceed means now they want more money for another one that’s she already passed im glad i’ve never used them and never will after how i saw them treat my freind smh
