Very cold and rude bank teller, specifically the lady by the name of Claudia Becerra. Avoid going to this branch, make you feel like you’re bothering them. I would advise to get friendlier staff.
Recently opened a business account at this bank at the referral of a friend. The bank has most services the big banks do except their hours are quite a bit shorter than the chain banks. It isn’t a deal breaker as I just schedule my visits earlier in the day. The staff are friendly and helpful whether opening a new account or just asking a simple question. Their web services are a little outdated but get the job done. The location is convenient and parking is easy.
I have been with this bank for a little over 4 years now . On Fri August 3rd i was in there on my lunch time trying respectfully to get answers concerning my account. Well little did i know i would be leaving that place in the most horrible mood ive ever endured. Amber Walker was the most disrespectful unprofessional employee ive ever had to deal with she yelled at me to the point i reminded her we are in a place of business and this is my personal information could she tone it down she continued mind you she also raised her hand and said “im going to stop you right there” as if i couldnt explain myself. With that being said i did contact corporate they are speechless and beyond disgusted in this womens actions they assured next time i walk in that building i will be greeted and apologized sincerely by the person in charge regardless i will be leaving this bank just as a heads up to anyone banking with them. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Went to get cash today. Provided my bank debit card, my DL, a withdrawal slip with my address, my name, my signature and my account number and they STILL wanted me to confirm the last 4 of my SS#. EVERYTHING MATCHED. I will be changing banks soon, very very soon!!
Unfortunately, my experience has been very similar to the experience of Tosha Pryor’s below. Marsha Lawson and Steve Sims insulted me and were very disrespectful and condescending. Steve and Marsha, do you treat all your customers like this? With so many options for banking, how are you still in operation when treating the customer poorly is a part of your business model. I will not be back.
