Always a pleasure to visit this Bank. The ladies have been pleasant since day 1. I’ve never been more happy with a bank than I am with them!
Ask to cash a check & get treated like a bum off the streets. Had a check for $700+ & didn’t even ask if I wanted to open an account. Very rude women working at the desk, just stare like your plotting something. GO TO ANY OTHER BANK THAN THIS PLACE!
The staff is always, professional and friendly.
We choose a state bank over the big boy banks and are very pleased at the service they provide to my husband and I. We would not bank anywhere else, Bravo to the staff in Decatur Tx.
The worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are rude every time I’ve had to speak with them. I’ve never had a issue with fraud charges until I banked here.
