I love this little bank. The people, mostly ladies, are always so helpful and friendly, it’s a joy to do business with them.
Polite wonderful people who had no problem breaking a hundred for us.
So far much better, they said the app has been updated and it hasn’t locked me out in quite awhile, and supposedly if it does lock me out, it should be able to unlock it myself from the website, instead of calling the bank. Also huge bonus points for getting Plaid functional, finally able to link my payroll software to this account, and it will likely come in handy again in the future, especially since some don’t allow traditional linking with routing and account number or it takes 2 weeks and work often has shorter deadlines. I will upgrade to 5 Stars if/when I get locked out, assuming the website doesn’t still lock me out as well.
The new hangout place for my girlfriend and I. She was introduced to some tequila she had not tried before and Loved it. Appetizers are wonderful. Lilly was great with us. Small spot so get there before 9 on weekdays and apparently on weekends sooner. Highly recommend.
Worst bank that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Some of the employees were pretty awful too. I’ve never had so much money taken out of an account for merely using it. Not to mention that I was stolen from, and I had to fight them to fight for me. What kind of bank turns on their own clients?
