By far the worst customer service ever. You have better luck digging a hole in your yard burying your money than use this bank. called to check on account information and teller forgot to use the hold button and asked if requested teller “wanted to talk to me” then proceeded to tell me she (Madison) was unavailable

Great Customer service, Loan Assistant Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable, and welcoming and the branch manager Brian was very kind.
I have worked with Brian Hughes and Kimberly Fails both personal and business for 20 years. Their customer service, care and trust are far beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. They both are always there when you need them. I wish I could give them 100 stars instead of just 5.
