Once I got asked what is my occupation was by the bank teller because they refused to withdrawal more than 10,000 dollars out of my personal checkings account. I got offended, like a person who has a good paying job is treated like a drug dealer and good people cannot make that much money in the valley. And I refused to answer about my personal information to them and wells fargo refused to hand over my money over 10k. So told them Okay then give me 9,999.99 cents. But still i’ve done this before in major cities like Houston because i do travel For work during this pandemic.and never had this problem with wells fargo. Except the one here locally in the valley. I think its discrimination for working hard for my money and it is very sad.
We went to this branch and the banker Angelina Rodriguez asked to come over to her desk. We were having a problem with a cashier check that was put on hold and she tried to help us out even went to talk to her supervisor to see what kind of help we could get and gave us some suggestion, she had an appointment with another costumer but made an appointment for us the following day she took time explaining to us personal loans, different credit cards choices that would be helpful for us, answer our questions with patience, we did not feel like she was rushing us away, she also was very thorough and detailed. Super nice experience!
