Going above and beyond is how Frontier handles their business. I needed a little help this past Saturday. It is Saturday mind you. I called Jan to see if there is anyone at the branch in Elgin who could help. Jan took the bull by the horns and helped me out. Jan went to the bank on Saturday to take care of my issue. In twenty minutes everything was taken care of, and everyone was happy. Jan is a super banker in my book. How well do you know your banker? My banker is a rockstar
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Frontier Bank in Elgin, Texas since their doors opened. I absolutely LOVE banking with these people. I recently have had dealing with Ashley Grier and she has been a Godsend. I was told an account had been closed and she did some checking and found out it was an oversight and all was a go ahead. Her diligence to detail was much appreciated! She is the best! She has been so supportive of our small business, Buckin Good Coffee and tacos. Thank you Ashley and Frontier Bank.
