I left my phone by the coffee dispenser and did not realize until I was over an hour and a half down the highway. I called, and the phone had already been secured in their safe. I asked if it was possible to ship the phone to me COD, and the manager (Cathy) graciously complied. When the phone arrived she had even paid for the shipping. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!
I was staying at the hotel right by the gas station at 8:45pm I walked over to get a fountain drink and the doors were already locked. The hours are posted that they are open until 9pm and the clerk the mouthed through the window that they were closed. Definitely will not stop there again.
