I have been with them, for 20 years. Never had any problems. Great service , friendly and patient tellers.
Not military friendly. Based on my experience at the location in the PX, I will never do business with this bank.
Staff is professional and very patient. They are fairly quick with their service. They are always staffed.
This bank gets worse and worse every year. I’ve had this bank since 2018, they used to be open 7 days a week, as they should since they hold people’s money, now they’re closed on the weekends. They’ll close your bank account with out notice , rearrange your transactions to make you go in the negative, and then charge you a 34 dollar fee. This bank is literally the worst and not for military. Please go to USAA or Navy Federal if you want good service. These local banks are horrible.
Very knowledgeable employees. Work well with all ages, helping prepare for transfer on death and adding to accounts when parent dies!!! Do it now! Please bring your parents in so that you are not caught without access to funds until death certificate and probate of will is complete!
