Horrible customer service !!!!! Being that there located on Lancaster street they treat people (blacks) like trash … the Mexican girl in there is rude she looked at my item and said no we don’t take this with an attitude ! Went to the next cash America and my item was pawned for $100 !!! Don’t due business here
The customer survice is top tier. The employees were very helpful. They didn’t have the item I was searching for but they did help me locate it at another store.
Very little help. High prices. They charge you for warranty for your items.
Went in to get a $200.00 loan on a 52.3gr bracelet and it did not want Monica to scratch my bracelet or carve into it and she jad a bad attitude about that she did not try to do anything else to help me out NEVER AGIAN will I go here very bad customer service….
