Horrible customer service! I went to a different location and was directed to this location. I got there 45 mins prior to closing and they said that NICS was down at all pawn shops and they no background checks could be done for 24 hours. Well I had just left their other location after a successful check and purchuse of a gun! The other location just didn’t have two SCCY so they checked this location before I got there! They were more concerned with closing early than customer service or making a sale.
The worker’s treat the customers like you’re a homeless person or drug addict ! There’s people that have to pay bills and buy groceries. Everybody not a drug addict. The worker’s give you a price and didnt
even look at the item..
They don’t offer or honor the services on their website. I’m guessing this isn’t a legit franchised location
Was trying to pawn a Taurus G3 for 150, women at the counter said they could only do 75 because the price on the gun went down but they’re selling one for 530 dollars. People who work here don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t do business with these people.
