Cheap as hell on what item actually worth good stuff to buy buy they lie ball yu like a thug shop good staff but low ball every thing below it’s actual with the try and say it’s the highest they can do then turn ary and sell it back for two x the amount loaned or sold too ya company policy not their fault good staff and good stuff too buy for good price just low ball below the items worth every time gets old
I could tell I wasn’t dealing with brightest crayons in the box the moment I presented my tennis racquets and was told that mostly homeless people come there and nobody plays tennis. Keep in mind though Rosedale it’s still dead center of the magnolia district which I lived and know personally many tennis players in the area. So I simply asked how would you know if nobody plays tennis that comes there if you don’t have any tennis equipment to purchase. And this really condescending and on the verge of patronizing employee answered with “I don’t make the rules”????? Wth does that even mean? Idk how that’s even an acceptable response but I knew I was fighting a no win battle. Like someone’s going to come in there and out of left field make a comment like “I’m sure glad I don’t play tennis because there’s not any tennis equipment here”. Lol I found it humorous to see Jordans and air Max shoes for sale. Guess there popular among the homeless these days. I found it unethical to have made a statement such as mostly homeless people come here.

This is my favorite pawn shop.
By far 5 stars does not give them enough maybe 100 stars would be better.
The employees here are very rude. They never have any inventory everything is overpriced from other Cash America Pawns. I took some Jordans to get on the price for the price but the old Mexican lady told me that she couldn’t take them but when I looked up on the wall there were some Oasis what the hell is an oasis and there were some dirty Skechers and there was a nautilus there was a no-name brand on one of the shoes I’m not sure if it was because we are darker colored the descent but I won’t be back.
This store sells stolen goods on purpose. The manager at this branch admitted to buying property from sketchy people and told me that despite two bikes being on a police hold that she still buys from the person who stole those bikes because he sells under a different persons name. My bike was stolen and sold to this location and a friend recognized it Because of how unique it is. And despite having all of the evidence that I am the owner of said bike the shop would not release it to me. This place operates for the bottom line and that bottom line is not customers or customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.
