Customer service was extremely horrible !!! I understand you don’t want my things but didn’t have to be rude about it ! Don’t know there names but it was a tall black guy with piercings and a black girl with glasses whom I think is the owner I’m not sure !. Went to the one cash America down the street next to title max and received much better service!

I went in on sunday the 26 th. to sell and or possibly pawn a few items that I need to exchange for cash. upon arrival I met staff member Kelab, who brokered for the he Mgr. was not interduced whom, sat behind in, an office alcove. the staff member only looked at the high end items I had brought. I had brought a several items that would apply to their marketing base. I had brought at least $500.00 dollars pulse of items at below market value. I allowed them to conduct their barter and haggle dance, and between the 2 of then they decided on $90 dollars. I stated that they were name brand items and they were worth more than $90.00 they came back with $98.00. I accepted their lowball offer to write this review. Their service was sub Par : > !!! for this area.

If I could pick no star I would. Just went in there and met a manager named Charlie was the most disrespectful employee I have ever encountered in any public establishment. This women needs to be fired. After our altercation she went right to another altercation with a man in his 60s just asking for a different employee he asks for the Mexican not in a racist way in a I don’t no his name I know his occupation kind of way and that’s who he wanted to deal with and the lady started cussing and calling him a racist trying to Kik him out the store. She’s was screening the f word through the pawn shop to another employee because he couldn’t find a price on an item the old man was looking at. I could continue but I have better things to do. Y’all need to deal with this awful disrespectful woman in y’all’s establishment. I was gonna buy an AR-15 but your employer made me take my money to a better more respectable establishment.

It would help if the associates knew anything about the item you’re selling/pawning. Took my barely used 9200 Powerhorse gas generator down here and the woman offered me $130. Just shook my head, said no, sorry, and I left and loaded it back up. I know they aren’t going to give me what they sell it for in the stores, got it. But they can do better than $130 on a $1,000-$1,200 generator. The engine was cold when I brought it in (should’ve got it started before I brought it in), but I know the small gas engines aren’t the same as car engines. They need a few cranks to get going. As I was doing this to get it started, she started sort of chuckling as if it was broken. It was at this point I realized she didn’t know about these things at all. I told her it usually takes a few revs of the starter and she said “take your time” in a disbelieving kind of tone. I shrugged the attitude off because I was there for the generator, not negative exchange with some kid behind the counter. I think she was looking at less expensive generators that simply looked like mine on the internet (which seems to be the process the associates rely so heavily on to offer a payment for items). I don’t expect them to know about every item that in detail as it comes through the door, but at least know how to research it on the internet. Who knows how much business they are losing because some associates there either lack knowledge/experience or people skills at the very least. Not my problem though, just wasted my time stopping in, unloading and getting the most ridiculous lowball offer in my experience to date. Went down the street to Cowtown and got $400 in-and-out in under 15 minutes. I’ll not be coming back here to pawn or sell anything. Hope everyone else’s experience is different and this is just a one-off occurrence. Take care.

The goons offered me $5 for a case knife worth $80. Avoid at all costs. Got a much better price at Texas Cash Pawn.
