Got a PS4 for 120 great costumer service been having 0 issues with the console definitely recommend going here and games are pretty cheap got a game for 20 bucks here
I have been buying from pawn shops for years. Many different companies. But throughout all the years I have always been most satisfied with Cash America’s. I buy from several different ones. But my favorite one is this one on Alta Mere. All of the team over the past couple years have been great. But I just want to give a shout out to Natalie. She’s professional, “by the book”, always has a great attitude and vibe & so friendly. She definitely gets to know her customer’s likes, wants & interest (which helps with my purchasing personally). I am watching her move up in the company and I’m so proud of her (& don’t even know her outside of Cash America). For someone so young… it’s so inspiring! The previous assistant manager, Lisa, was fantastic too… but she transferred to another location. Can’t wait to go visit that one!

I prefer to browse the secondary market when I want to make any purchase over $50 cuz we are broke as du¢k. At Cash America, I am always treated with fairness, honesty, & respect by their people whether I’m buying or selling. We’re looking for a TV, but the TVs seemed a little pricey for secondhand, so I didn’t buy a TV. There were several high end designer bags & wallets behind the counter, lots of game systems & laptops, plenty to divert our tv budget toward an impulse buy so I ran away before money started jumping out of my purse.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived in time before they closed to take out an item that was on layaway. I believe her name is Cynthia she is the new store owner. Ever since she took over the store its customer service has gone under. She is very rude, unprofessional, lazy, and doesn’t want to help anyone out. Amber was by far the best. And when I told her in the correct way she got an attitude and told me she wasn’t going to do it because she wanted to leave right away and I said its before close and she said I know but I’m not doing it right now come back tomorrow at 10:30. I drove an hour to get to that store. I don’t my business anywhere else because of how amber treated. But after this incident I would never be going again. Cynthia is not the best fit for any store manager position especially with the lack of customer service she has.
The customer service was horrible. My daughter and I sat for awhile before being acknowledged. The sales rep repeatedly talked over us. I felt like we were ignored because we were black. So hopefully, they will hire people that pays attention to everyone in their store next time. Left feeling like we got hustled, only because we couldn’t get a word out without the sarcastic talking.
