Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with any pawn shop. Went out of their way to work a a fair deal on a loan for me even when they didn’t have to and could have low balled offering a few bucks or just declined in the way other pawn shops will do to their customers without a second thought. Genuinely appreciate the customer service. Wouldn’t go or reccommend anybody else other then to them going forward. Thanks again guys.
II am literally sitting in Purple Heart Pawn and Gun’s parking lot after just leaving the store. I went in with a pair of very expensive binoculars, hoping to sell them. 2 gentlemen assisted me, I believe one was the owner. After carefully researching the item he made an offer and I declined, hoping I can get more selling to an individual.
So I didn’t do business with them, but I am writing this review to let the public know that I am extremely impressed with the customer service I was provided. These 2 gentlemen took time to research the item, gave me more information than I already knew about the item, and made suggestions on where I may be able to sell it for more money. I plan on doing any future pawn shop business at Purple Heart, and I suggest you give them a try.

Great place, great people. Alma always gives wonderful customer service with a smile. Also, Ruth and Jesse are always a pleasure to deal with.
Purple Heart was fair and willing to negotiate! They helped me through the entire process. I left feeling like a got a great deal. Alma was kind and easy to work with.
Horrible first impression. I called to get info on an ffl transfer and the lady was rushing me. She said “how can I help you” and I responded with “hello how are you” and she just tells me “how can I help you” once again. I haven’t even step foot nor even heard of this place but when I call to try and get service it was a horrible first impression. The lady was rushing and didn’t even sound like I was wanted.
