Hours of operation states that this store closes at 7pm. It’s currently 6:09pm and I’ve called the store three times just to make sure it wasn’t an accident when someone immediately hung up on me. What the heck? All I wanted to do was ask a question so I don’t waste my time or their time coming up there.
Many many moons ago I worked in a call center doing customer service and I will admit that I did occasionally hang up on customers, so really I can’t be mad right? I figure its my karma coming back around on me every time I get hung up on. Lol
Anyway, I hope whoever is holding down the fort till 7pm at EZ Pawn on Berry has a great rest of your day. Go home, relax, recharge and don’t hang up on folks tomorrow lol But it won’t be me calling back, I’ll go on down the road.
I went to the shop today and Mike was amazing he greeting me with warth and was honest about the amount of money he was offer me for my products I brought in I would recboummed you coming here if you want the best service

I like Ronnie a lot, he helped me out of some rough jams I have found myself in.
Just as these new people took over his stuff I paid to get my stuff out and only received a portion of what I put in. They claim they couldn’t find the rest. Since Ronnie has sold even the people we have known forever has changed. I don’t recommend these guys anymore. It’s understandable why, but I wish Ronnie did not sell.
