Huge thank you to Brooke for her quick and accurate work. We had a compromised account and Brooke was able to shut it down immediately and report all fraudulent transactions to the financial crime investigators. Because she squeezed us into her schedule in the same day, we were able to catch most of the transactions before they were processed. Overnight she was able to create us all new accounts and she advised us on potential security risks of certain money transfer apps. She was pleasant to work with & very helpful.
I walked in to open new account twice, was told that they were “too busy” to help me & I should “make an appointment”. I did so, then they called later & cancelled due to the clerk “didn’t see” that time was already taken w/another appointment, although she logged onto computer & “looked” when she made bogus appt. Clerk also argued about cash advance fee & refused to look at my website proof that there was no fee. Also, a customer tried to steal my debit card RIGHT OUT OF MY HAND in the lobby. Getting an account at that bank requires me to disabled walk in four times at least, & I guess using force to retain my debit cards from being stolen in the lobby. The two employees & the customer all committed ableism against me. I shall get a new account w/ a community that respects my boundaries, if there is such a place. This bank IS NOT SAFE nor accomodating to non-abled persons.
Nice place to be, great service, totally happy. Christoffer and Sue are very pleasant.
Very handy for Gardiner residents. Unfortunately, it was closed when I visited, but I’m sure it would have been able to accommodate my needs.
