The worst bank we have every had accounts with. This month battling them over double charges on payments we made Making the checking account to go several hundreds of dollars in the red. Phone representatives who can barely speak English. So frustrating!!!…………………………. New addiction. My wife was forced to close her account by this sorry excuse of a “bank”. Now we have to have her disability checks routed to a different bank. Never ever use this bank!!!
We moved to Lake Texoma 6 years ago but elected to keep banking at State Bank of Texas, in Garland. We are loyal customers because we have always been treated with personal care and respect. Recently, we had a need for assistance with mobile deposits. If I was younger and more knowledgeable about my phone’s capabilities to convert pdf’s to word, the request that I had to manufacture would have been simple. But, no worries, because Miriam took the time to make it work within my phone’s capabilities and my own. This took several phone calls and texts. She was cheerful and efficient and never made me feel stupid. As I told her, this is why I didn’t change banks. No matter if the problem is on my side or theirs, they will take the time to make it right in a positive respectful way.
