I usually dread having to go to the bank and make changes to accounts and get new debit cards. However, today I went to ExtraCo and Keeley helped me with all of that. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole interaction seamless and pleasant. It was nice getting to know her and I love the new building.
