Been doing business here for over a decade. Kim and the others are pretty fair on what they’ll give you for your stuff, and their used items for sale are usually pretty decently priced too. Especially their computers and jewelry.
Cecelia and Shannon are the best! Every time I go in, they greet me before I even get in the door! They are always so eager to help, answer any questions I have and always offer the best suggestions on my firearm purchases. I am a regular customer and going into EZ Pawn to purchase or pay on a loan is NEVER a chore…but an absolute pleasure! Their customer service is above and beyond, and something rarely seen in today’s market. Thank you two so much!
Sold us a carpet cleaner that didn’t even work and then refused to refund us $27.80 because it was over 72 hrs.. Some people don’t live in town to just go back the next day..
The staff is friendly and the store is quite clean. However the prices are insanely high – especially on Musical equipment. They price their used guitars higher than they cost brand new. They currently have a Gretsch Electromatic for $900 that retails brand new for only $800.
They have been really helpful an good experience each visit. Nice people..
