    Great Bank. I usually do all of my banking online. There are no chase banks within 50 miles of my location.

    Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Literally no one was in the lobby but me and my mom. One lady was just sitting in her office (2nd cubicle on the left, closest to the teller area) and she wouldn’t t make eye contact with us. We had to approach her and she was extremely rude. When she wouldn’t help us we went to the teller area and she ran out of her office to follow us. Note the tellers wouldn’t help us either. I’m surprised she could get off her butt. We were just trying to open an account and update my married name. My mom has been a chase customer since the 80s and me for years. And I’m really considering moving to a different bank. We left with nothing accomplished. Just seems like no one wants to work anymore. Don’t waist your time with this location. We drove to Weatherford and the teller took 5 mins and changed my name. And we were able to schedule an appointment same day to get the account set up.

    I only use the ATM at this bank. There isn’t what I call customer service ! They took the safety deposit boxes away, I will continue to do my banking at the Southlake location.
    The property is the worst looking in Granbury…. Seriously can you not clean up the dead and overgrown shrubs. Nothing attractive about this property, I’m surprised Granbury continues to allow this—— you are only as good as you look !!!! MVK

    I went in to the branch spoke to the teller which she said she could possibly help about the fraud that is going on in my account which has happened twice . She then tells me I’ll let you speak to one of our representatives to better assist you I then wait for about 30min to get attended by one lady that is texting on her phone then she decides to speak to the teller about someone’s life and speak some of what I need assistance with she then asks do you need help after seating for 50min !! So then my husband and I speak to the representative which she is so rude and in a hurry standing up with the keys in the hand . So basically we left with zero help .
