My personal experience with blacks pawn shop has always been amazing I LOVE your guitar selection. They are always in tune. Which is awesome. And you guys are always fmao nice and friendly.

I went in today to have a few things priced. As I wait a blonde older lady rudely tells me she has a sign about vaping… In my defense, the sign was behind the door which you did not see until you exited the store… I said sorry, I did not see a sign. I declined her husband’s very low offer and left.. But she decides to take it further and come out of the front of the store and yell at me to not come back while I’m sitting in my car. Very rude , unprofessional and brush your hair for Pete’s sake . Blonde older lady is nuts.
There’s not many but how anyone can give them less than a 5 star rating is beyond me. Jay and Stacy are the absolute best, been doing business with them for over 10 yrs . They are so kind and so fair to everyone. Try them out..you will not be disappointed

Called from North Carolina inquiring about guitars. My brother is rehabilitating from major leg and knee surgery and wanted to learn how to play the guitar in his down time. Talked to Stacy who recommended what turns out to be the perfect new guitar for him. It was tuned and ready to go in a matter of hours for my sister to stop by to get it.
