First time to visit this establishment. Upon arrival the counter help was nice and kind. Thereafter we were met with the horrible communication skills of upper management. All information given and disclosed upon original conversation at counter but at time to purchase upper management got confrontational with us and made ludicrous accusations about our purchase. Do not visit unless you want to get interrogated and suffer a sever case of the third degree pressed on you. We will not be returning or recommending their establishment.
I tried to call over the phone to get a price estimate, spelled out the product and the guy was still confused. Told me it’d be best if I came in only try to give me $20 for an unused perfect condition Rove dash cam. You find these for like $90-$130 online. First impression: 👎 …
Terrible pawn shop the kid who is always in the guns doesn’t make any sense and lack necessary knowledge to make deals. He basically regurgitated useless information he saw on call of duty games, asked another guy about a game console and again had no knowledge of product asked him a question that all he had to do was look at the serial sticker but instead lied. They all lack integrity and knowledge.
The store was alright. They didn’t seem to have a wide variety of things. I did buy a used laptop from there… Was pretty cheap and it works pretty well.
But I did see someone come in with a switch and some games and other things to pawn for an amount of time… They needed money and were offered like max 100… Which cool… It is like a loan… But… They brought at least 500 dollars worth of shiz… And it all looked brand new… But the most the loan could be was 100?
And I had gone there once prior to buy a computer… 400 dollars… For a desk top…. Monitor, mouse, key board, and computer tower… But the computer couldn’t even run chrome without crashing… So glad I spent an extra 40 bucks so I could return it…
Went into redeem an item had in pawn and it was a very easy process. Alan and Trey were very helpful. Alan also was very knowledgeable in camera’s in which we were looking to put on layaway.
