I went in on Saturday less than a month to pick up my gun that I had pawned registered and in my name legally and without explanation told to come in on Sunday the next day. I go in the next day and the manager said you need to be licensed to carry to be able to pick up your gun or two people who are registered would need to be there. I work and this is so inconvenient and prejudice. It defeats the purpose of the new laws in Texas. 0 stars Don’t pawn your gun here.
I went in to look for a camera and found a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. The customer service made the experience
even greater. The sales manager, other sales representatives who assisted, and the rep who was assisting me really showed me that they “value” their customers. This really impressed me as well as their layaway plan.

The Hispanic woman with the long eyelashes has no kind heart to deal with customers..I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place because of the low extra deals that they try to give you

Untrustworthy, the guy behind the counter pointed out used guns to me and tried to pass them off as new when they where clearly scratched and worn, can’t forget to mention overpriced.
Will never do business with these people again!!!!!. My daughter went in last night and was looking @ a digital video camera. Left and checked walmart prices came back and they asked her which one she wanted. The sales lady said someone else had been looking at the video camera. She handed it to her and went to get cords from back, then stop to help another customer. Came to my daughter and took the camera from her and called the man from behind her and said she was selling it to him.. OK she could have said that a 1st instead of having my daughters family wait (1 month old with her crying). Then asked her if she want the camera she had also been looking at. She did the right thing and walked out. I had also told her to ask about a return policy, since how would she know if the camera would even work and take good quality picture. The manager said he might allow a store credit but would have to keep the camera for several days to see if it didn’t work, since they do not check them when they except them. WOW they must check them or else they wouldn’t give much money for it.
