my son went in to cash in coins at machines.Was questioned about where he got them afterwards when he had ticket Said it was too much There is no limit called to verify.Kept questioning him Where he got them.None of their business but a savings of years It was horrible,I have been a member since Security one I called them ask if they would charge fee they said no not if I was a member I just had a horrible Surgery on 8 8 I couldn’t go So they charged him the. Fee but told him if he would become a member no fee So he said ok they said he’s had account there before and owed 380.00 He told them he’s never had account there in 2015 but no Drivers License or signature on file so he had to pay 380 or they said his ticket for coins would be voiding After paying all this still charges him Percent to use machine He calls to file fraud from this 2015 deal but Texas Trust tells him he has no account This afternoon Texas Trust calls to say account is open and come pick up his Debit card Really And to try and keep his coin Voucher and ask where all these coins came from A lot of Savings for years This is not right
