Damien is lazy and doesnt want to take anything. She nit picks everything and looks for reasons to reject your item so she can do less work! Emily is ruthless. Avoid her!! Jordy is the only nice one there and tries to work with you
DO NOT use Cash America Grapevine! They are crooks ever since the old employees left. They loan way less than they used to no matter how many years you have been going there and then when I needed a loan on my very laptop they would only loan $50 on it and since I needed it I said ok so then they asked if I wanted to sell it and I said no way, I WILL get it back. Just like I always do. They do call when your loans are coming due which I always go up there and tell them to make sure all mine are up to a certain date as they have me set up as 3 different accounts for years and have NEVER fixed it no matter how many times it has been discussed. So one time they called and said my pawns were due so I went up to pay and asked my usual “is that everything that’s due until the day I need” and was told yes. 2 days later I got another call saying they were due so I went up there and asked why as I was there 2 days before and they told me they didn’t know and that I had nothing due. But low & behold when I went up there the next month they said I lost my laptop by not paying and it was already sold!!! I wonder if it was an employee that took advantage of me and basically stealing my laptop!!! And it’s not just the expensive laptop that they screwed me out of for nothing, but my file and photos!!! Stay away from these crooks!!! EZ Pawn which is down the road not only loans way more, but their staff is HONEST, unlike Cash America!!!
Dont go there! They’ll cheat you on gold prices. They offered me less than a third of what my gold was worth at market value. At a different shop I received 3x the amount they offered for my jewelry. The only thing good about this store is Abigail the Dog. Beware. 😒 …
