I arrived to the bank and it was closed early. Several cars were outside. This is the second time this has happened to me. Next time I would like to be reimbursed for gas, thank you!
I’ve used this bank for years. Pretty good considering they’re open seven days a week for most of the year, minus holidays. Anyhow the account is free. Locations are across Texas. I can’t ask for much else.
The teller basically refused to deposit my check because it would be more work for her to do so after trying multiple times to deposit on the app like she was forcing me to do and it being declined- I decided to go to a first convenience bank where I would actually be helped in Belton.
They should change the name of the bank to the 1st Bank of Fees. Charged me $2 every time I checked my balance at an ATM, also if you draw out money you get double charged from ATM and their bank. Also, they will let you overdraw your account and then they start with more fees. $3 per day while you are overdrawn. I wouldnt bank here if it was the bank on earth. You have been WARNED !
Whenever I come to this drive thru I have to wait for the car or cars in front of me, which is reasonable; but I also have to wait another ten-fifthteen minutes when I actually get to the window. All I did was send up my stuff and I’m automatically told to please wait some more. I only had to deposit a signed check. This is ridiculous!!!! Thirty minutes or more to deposit a check. I only had one car in front of me. Next, time I will walk into the bank because I’m just sitting here burning unnecessary gas for an easy transaction.
