    After experiencing card fraud, TRB issued a new card. Several weeks go by, and we don’t get it. (By the way, we have had this experience multiple times where they say they’ll send something, and we don’t get it.) We’re not near a location to just go to the office and get a replacement, so my husband called to let them know we never got the card. He was polite, but they were extremely rude to him on the phone and told him they were too busy to help him. He asked if he could be transferred to another branch, and they said they were too busy to transfer the call.

    Been banking with Texas Regional for a few years now. I have to say the customer service is 2nd to non. not just when you walk into the bank but customer service on the phone. I can’t argue with that. They always protect me and make everything right. Keep up the great work.

    Not a bad bank however they have a major downfall. There is no way to make deposits outside of business hours. I have never dealt with a bank in 25 years who didn’t provide an ATM that accepted deposits or at the very least a drop box. Come on guys it’s 2021. If I knew this was the case I would have never opened an account with them. You could at least inform potential, new clients that this is a service you do not provide, because everyone else does.

    To me and others who have varying work schedules, this makes TRB virtually useless, no way I’d recommend it to anyone.

    Other than that, the staff is very friendly and the facility is clean and orderly. Shame they do not provide one basic feature that every other bank does. I really hope TRB reconsiders their decision to not offer after-hour deposits because I have no complaints otherwise. However, skimping out on this issue is a huge issue and a very poor business decision.

    We recently went on vacation, we seem to have issues banking with our smart phones. I contacted Thelma Sanford for help assisting us while we were away. We make many transfers between accounts due our business. Thelma was able to override some of the protocols to where we could make transfers. We had agreed on balance transfers and she monitored our accounts while we were out of pocket. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you Thelma and thank you TRB for having wonderful partners working on your behalf. Tim Elliott
