I had the representative Juan Garcia… I was frustrated because I had some charges that weren’t mine and he made sure to handle them … also their card machine did not work and he saw that I was upset he took it upon himself to deliver my new card to me the next day. After my experience with the charges that were not mine and the machine not working I was confident that I was going to switch banks, but because of Juan and his customer service I don’t want to anymore I am going to stick with first community bank you Juan
