I cannot speak highly enough of Laura Chairez, the branch manager at the Harlingen location of M1st. She was extremely helpful and courteous with my all concerns with opening up my new account.
I can’t remember how long I’ve been banking with M1st, but I know it was mid to late 2000s. I’ve had excellent service. They immediately let me know if someone is attending unauthorized use of my credit cards. I’ve also refinanced three of my vehicles with them and maybe I’ll try refinancing my home with them soon.
I have been banking at Members for several years and Laura Chairez has always given excellent customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable and lets us know when the bank has good promotions on their products. I highly recommend this bank because they treat their customers well.
