They got things done fast
They need better debit cards. They dont last long and are cheap plastic
This bank has always been something else however when it came down to disputing a charge, the lady inside and the case manager on the phone are absolutely rude. I don’t know why people act like they are better just because they sit behind a desk. At least have enough respect to explain something correctly and stop with the attitude! In Florida, I’ve never had this issue and I never had to wait for a CASH deposit to clear.
