Glad to know that due to covid they won’t help their customers that are momentarily struggling even tho we never failed to make our payments on time. So disappointed in their treatment of a hard working citizen!!!
If you’re a realtor, don’t bother coming here to ask general questions for your client’s. You will be gatekept from acquiring general information unless you’re the applicant. Asking general questions about “What would be the general mandatory requirements?” Should not be a reason to not meet with a Loan officer. This will not bring business your way with this gate keeping.
Is anyone having problems with their card,it’s seems that every time I Go to HEB, and I’m paying ,it gets declined, for bad reading, but if I go anywhere else it works just fine, any suggestions, thanks
Worst credit Union ever. They wouldn’t honor my credit union. I said I thought you were a credit union. They said we are but only their own people bad credit me
Yes, this bank closes on holidays, (like all banks) and yes, the lobby was by appointment only during covid but you could always use the drive through. The branch is now fully open. As for customer service, as others have complained, they are very straight forward and honest with you. So relax, calm down and maybe being irate isn’t they best way to treat others.
