This older lady gave me horrible stares, I wanted to buy jewelry and she didn’t ask me if I wanted to try anything on, or look at anything specific. She was horrible. Everyone was just standing around, talking and laughing with each other. My husband was looking to buy some tools, and he wasn’t approached. This is definitely one of the top five worst pawns I’ve been to.
Ms Monica helped me and my band find guitars and amps.. She’s very knowledgeable with instruments and speakers . Provided us with world class customer service. Thank you
Be careful wut u buy. I bought a controller that didn’t work. I went back and thankfully the mananger was kind enough to give me a refund which i used to buy a second controller. They asked about purchasing a “piece of mind” warranty but when i remarked about testing used products they receive the manager replied that they should but DONT!! Come to find out that even the 2nd controller didnt work! What a disappointment. Im never buying from here again 😒
